    Bill Flahavan received his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of Law in 1972. He was the Note and Comment editor for the Hastings Law Journal, a member of the Thurston Honor Society and graduated Order of the Coif. Bill was Managing Partner of the firm Jones & Wilson before becoming Senior Partner of Flahavan, Hudson & Francis in 1984. He eventually went on to start Flahavan Law Offices in 1994. For over 40 years Bill has lectured on personal injury to attorneys and insurance companies throughout the country. He served on the faculty at Ventura & Santa Barbara Colleges of Law. In addition, Bill continues to be the lead author of the “CALIFORNIA PERSONAL INJURY PRACTICE GUIDE” – the book personal injury lawyers refer to as the “Bible” of Personal Injury Law.
